Elayio Old Town is located in the heart of old town, in a pedestrian area that leads to the church of the Virgin Mary – just a few steps from the sea and the local market.
A two-story house, renovated with respect to the island’s neo-classical style, using raw materials such as local quarry marble, wood and metal, worked by the local craftsmen. The house can be used either as a whole house, suitable for 4-5 guests or as two separate areas “Kou” and “Ros”.
KOU, a 20 sq.m. bedroom located on the second floor, is perfect for two people, with ample view. The room is decorated with elegant handpicked details and meets all requirements for a comfortable stay.
ROS is a 35 sq.m. two-space studio, situated on the first floor, able to host 2-3 guests. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the living room has a sofa bed and a diner table. The kitchenette serves a quick meal. The small balcony offers a scenic view of the port, while the comfortable terrace with the outdoor seating area, looks over the picturesque pedestrian street leading to Megalochari (Church of Virgin Mary).
