‘’Mia” means “One” in Greek

A Cycladic residence perched on a cliff overlooking the Caldera from Oia and home to one of the world’s most beautiful sunsets. MIA’S can only be described as a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience in the heart of the Aegean. 

Born from a gastronomic vision by owner Sellia Georges, MIA’S play homage to Sellia’s grandmother’s culinary skills in a vibrant and modern nod to Greek cuisine with a key focus on the local produce of Santorini.  

They offer two distinct menus the Galazio Lunch menu and the Blue Dinner menu both equally indulgent experiences where you can try dishes such as Oxtail Pastisio and Lobster Giouvetsi – both dishes rooted in Greek tradition but with a modern MIA’s twist. 

The food is not the only notable mention – MIA’S Bar also boasts an extensive list of spirits as well as a selection of earlies and non-alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed any time of the day and with their views who wouldn’t want to sip on something all day. 

There are three spaces to choose from. The indoor “BAR” where the ambience makes it ideal for accommodating intimate get-togethers or the outdoor “BALCONY” and the “BELVEDERE” both with exclusive views over the Aegean Sea and across to the famous Caldera. These spaces allow MIA’S to transform a dinner for two, an anniversary, a reunion, a small gathering or a large party into a memorable and delightful Santorini experience.
