“THE HIVE” POP-UP DINNERS SUMMER 2022
Join Melisses this upcoming season to experience Andros like never before. The Hive pop-up dinners are open to everyone, guests and non-Mèlisses guests alike.

The beautiful team at Mèlisses strive to support their home of Andros, and its local communities in need. This season they have decided to create a series of dinners that will highlight Andros and its producers and reflect seasonally available ingredients.
These gatherings will be in unique settings around this beautiful and diverse island, whether in the neoclassical home of a shipowner, on a sandy seaside beach or in a secluded olive grove. The location of each dinner will not be disclosed until one day before the event.
The dinners will be hosted in collaboration with local and international personalities – artists, chefs, hosts and creatives, brought together to support a variety of charitable organisations.
Their aim is to bring guests together over a shared meal to experience the true essence of Andros and to help support causes that are close to our hearts.
SUPPORTING UKRAINE
In light of the devastating events currently happening in Ukraine, we have decided to donate 100% of proceeds from our gathering on Saturday, May 28th 2022 to support the #CookForUkraine movement.
#CookForUkraine is a movement created to support the current humanitarian crisis faced in Ukraine.
Since this movement’s inception, hundreds of people from different backgrounds including top chefs, award-winning food writers, restaurant owners and home cooks have cooked and shared Ukrainian dishes at restaurants, gatherings and over the internet and through doing so are raising awareness and funds. Donations are being directed to UNICEF UK’s Ukraine appeal in support of families in Ukraine who have been displaced by the Russian invasion.
Our team at Mèlisses is eager to join forces by becoming ambassadors and hosting a gathering in support of Ukraine from which 100% of proceeds will be donated to this movement.

A CHARITABLE CAUSE
Our gatherings are communal epicurean experiences, featuring a five-course dinner curated by international and local chefs.
The meal will feature seasonal ingredients from Andros paired thoughtfully with Greek wines and spirits.
The cost of 195€ is inclusive of a pre-dinner aperitivo, dinner, a gift bag and live entertainment.
Additional donations are most welcome and will be greatly appreciated.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The minimum number of participants is 10.
- Tickets are non-refundable (unless you can find someone to replace you).
- In case of cancellation due to weather, we reserve a right to cancel the dinner up to 48h before the event.
- The event will be respectful of covid-19 restrictions and all participants will be required to provide negative test results or proof of completed vaccination
